My Career Results Summary: My career has successfully facilitated over 2.500 internships, organized and evaluated according to My Career Internship Methodology by 305 trained mentors from companies and 50 trained high-school/university professors. Out of these internships, total of 397 interns are now employed. My career has a large database of over 12.500 students from various areas of study and partnerships with all the Universities in the country as well as 53 Municipalities. In partnership with companies, high schools and Municipalities Debar and Kocani, My Career facilitated the change of two educational programs to fit the workforce needs from companies in those regions. Since the beginning, total of 7.103 students are trained in “soft skills” and preparation of career portfolio. On the technological side, My Career provides a large number of matchmaking, recruitment and on-line marketing services via its Portal, that also has innovative features like the online career fair and virtual career center. My career expanded its services in offering trainings more specific to company needs and HR consultancy.
2009

- Signing MoU with the Ministry of Education and Science;
- Signed MoUs with the following universities: American College University Skopje; South East European University Tetovo; State University of Tetovo; University Goce Delcev Stip; International Slavic University Sveti Nikole; First Private University – FON, Skopje;
- Internship and Job Placement Portal went live and became fully operational.

- Series of events held in 11 cities in Macedonia to promote My Career and create awareness and interest amongst students, job seekers, universities and companies. 842 individuals took part, 791 of them students. The portal and its functionalities were presented to the students. MOUs with several Municipalities and Universities were signed during the promotional events.

- Signed MOU with 20 large companies: VIP (mobile provider), Vitaminka (food producer), EVN (power distribution), Ein-Sof (IT Company), ERA (Slovenian Trade fair company), Eurolink (Insurance), McDonalds (food chain), Seavus (IT Company), Sigal (insurance company), Skovin (wine producer), Tutunska Banka (Bank), Zhito Luks (food producer), On-Net (Telephony&Internet provider), Alkaloid (pharmaceutical) etc.

- My Career organized a conference on building partnership with municipalities in Macedonia in collaboration with the Governing Board of the Association of the units of local self-government of the Republic of Macedonia ZELS.

- My Career implemented a Career Management project in collaboration with Microsoft. The Project supported and connected key education stakeholders and students with career skills development and bridge education and local industry.
- In partnership with Microsoft developed web-based tool, called My Career Live Space, linked to My Career portal.

- The first generation of Career Counselors under the standards of the Global Development Facilitator Program – GCDF was certified

- My Career deliverеd trainings at American College University on writing skills for the students at 1st year of study and training on communication skills and job searching strategies for the students at 2 and 3 years of study; Over 500students were trained.
- My Career supported one High School to compete on a regional contest organized by Microsoft Partners in Learning;
- My Career, in collaboration with the Municipality of Tetovo, Local Economic Development Unit, organized a promotional event in Tetovo

- My Career was invited by AIESEC Prilep to deliver trainings on job searching strategies at Faculty of Economy in Prilep;
- The fourth e-Career fair took place;
- 12 GCDF Trainers out of the 28 certified GCDF advisors that have successfully passed the TOT workshop were awarded with GCDF Certificates for Trainers;
- As a result of excellent performance and effort in introducing and disseminating the GCDF Program in Macedonia, My Career signed a GCDF Macedonia Program Partner License and Services Agreement with EBCC (European Board of Certified Counselors). My Career acts as an exclusive credential administrator for the GCDF Macedonia Program.
- Participation at the Career Day Fair at the University American College Skopje;
- In collaboration with ASK (Association of Career Counsellors), My Career delivered two-hours introductory presentation on the GCDF program and its benefits and possible scope of practice;
- Participation at the Career Fair organized by the State University in Tetovo where My Career organized an open competition for best CV;
- Participation with stand and a presentation at the Days of Career and Education, organized at Skopje Fair;
- Presentation at the Technical Faculty, St. Kliment Ohridski University in Bitola;
- Promotional event organized in Ohrid and Struga in collaboration with Municipality of Ohrid, Local Economic Development Unit and Municipality of Struga and Regional Agency for Employment
